These terms govern your use of waycheer.com (the “Site”), operated by Manybox LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

WayCheer is previewing its first collection: online ordering is not open yet, and no payment is taken on this Site. Prices shown are the planned launch prices in US dollars. Join the newsletter on our home page and we will email you when ordering opens; these terms will be updated with the payment terms before the first order is taken.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays by carriers are outside our control.

Returns & refunds

Shipping and returns are summarized in our FAQ: complimentary shipping on orders over $150, and returns are accepted on unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Products & accuracy

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor differences in color or packaging may occur.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
